数控采暖锅炉系统采暖温度控制

    数控采暖锅炉在低温热水地板辐射采暖系统中,理想的电采暖炉供回水温差宜采用5-10℃;

    在风机盘管采暖系统中,理想的电采暖炉供回水温差宜采用4-5℃。适当的调节供回水的温差,可以提高传热系数,使效率变高,能够大幅度降低整个采暖期的运行费用。

    合理设置电采暖炉的上限温度 电采暖炉工作原理是间歇工作,即当供水温度小于上限温度时电采暖炉处于加热状态,当供水温度到达上限温度时电采暖炉处于停机保温状态。在采暖期最冷的几天,电采暖炉提供的热值刚好满足或小于房间需求的热负荷,过高的设置电采暖炉的上限温度值,会造成电采暖炉实际的供水温度很难达到上限温度,这样电采暖炉就会处于24小时加热状态。

    数控采暖锅炉使用散热器恒温阀,通过调节散热器的恒温阀可以自由调节房间的温度,我们可以把副卧室、储存室等不经常出入房间散热器恒温阀的温度调低,这样也可以节省采暖期的运行费用。
