    供暖锅炉传热恶化时水冷壁壁温的影响因素,有以下几点:

    1、质量流速。提高管内工质的质量流速,可以有效降低发生传热恶化时管壁温度上升的幅度,同时使此时的发生传热恶化的界限含汽率也有所增加。

    2、热负荷受热面的热负荷越高,则发生传热恶化后所出现的壁温上升的幅度越大,同时开始传热恶化点和壁温峰值点都向含汽率较小的方向移动。
