数控采暖锅炉的热水采暖系统事项

    1.在低温热水散热器采暖系统中,理想的电采暖炉供回水温差宜采用:20-25℃;

      2.在低温热水地板辐射采暖系统中,理想的电采暖炉供回水温差宜采用:5-10℃;

      3.在风机盘管采暖系统中,理想的电采暖炉供回水温差宜采用4-5℃.

      适当的调节供回水的温差,可以提高传热系数,使效率变高,能够大幅度降低整个采暖期的运行费用.

      合理设置电采暖炉的上限温度电采暖炉工作原理是间歇工作,即当供水温度小于上限温度时电采暖炉处于加热状态,当供水温度到达上限温度时电采暖炉处于停机保温状态.在采暖期最冷的几天,电采暖炉提供的热值刚好满足或小于房间需求的热负荷,过高的设置电采暖炉的上限温度值,会造成电采暖炉实际的供水温度很难达到上限温度,这样电采暖炉就会处于24小时加热状态.
